If you encounter a problem with your MIKE by DHI software which cannot be resolved simply by consulting the online help or the documentation, then you have the following options:
- The FAQ site may often contain an answer to your problem
- If you cannot find a solution to your problem on the FAQ site, then please contact your local DHI office or the software support centre. Whether you do that by phone, e-mail or fax, you can greatly assist in the process by making the following information available to the support person:
- company name (always, please) and hardware key number (eg MZ-488, if applicable)
- operating system, memory etc.
- program version of your software
- detailed description of the problem: when did it occur, what error messages came up, etc.
- if relevant, enclose copies of specification and/or data files with the e-mail/fax
You probably already know your local support centre because you most likely purchased the software through them anyway! But if you are in doubt, then see Local Support Centres for a listing of the local support organisations for MIKE by DHI software.
